The guy in your chair pays for every call you answer.
You do not let it ring. You put the clippers down, wipe your hands, find a pen, and book somebody while he sits there waiting on you. Six times a day. By two o’clock you are twenty minutes behind and everybody feels it. We take the phone. You never put anybody down again.
Three things stop happening.
Not a feature list. The specific ways your day gets wrecked right now.
You stop putting people down.
The phone rings and nothing happens to you. No clippers down, no wiping your hands, no writing a name on a scrap of paper. The call gets answered and booked while you keep working, and the guy in your chair never knows it rang.
You stop running behind.
Three minutes on the phone, six times, is half an hour you never get back. Your two o’clock stops being your three o’clock. Your last cut of the day stops being the one you rush.
You stop losing the after-hours guys.
The ones who call at 9pm, or Sunday, or while you are eating dinner. Those you really do miss. They get answered and booked into tomorrow instead of calling the shop up the street.
You did the work. You keep the money.
We built this three ways.
It comes down to one thing: whose address is it? That decides what you can actually own, so it decides what you should be paying for.
You rent a chair.
You pay booth rent on somebody else’s floor. The clients are yours, the chair is yours while you are in it, but the address on the door is not.
You need the phone answered and a booking page with your name on it. You do not need us charging you for a Google listing you cannot control.
Your phone, your book, your clients.
You have your own suite.
Your own door, your own unit number, your own lease. That changes what is possible, because now the listing and the phone registration can actually be in your name.
Google can find you. Texting can be approved. Reviews come to you instead of the shop you used to rent from.
Everything above, plus getting found.
You own the shop.
You hold the lease and other barbers work out of it, on payroll or renting chairs. Either way, every one of them needs their own book.
One phone number for the shop, and behind it every barber booked separately, with their own hours and their own days off.
Everything above, times your whole floor.
What it costs.
It comes down to one thing: do you have your own address, or do you work out of somebody else’s?
You rent a chair on someone else’s floor. Your clients are yours. The address is not.

Want new faces, not just your regulars?
We build and run your Meta ads on top of Suite or Shop. Your ad budget is separate from your plan price, and ads need real money behind them to do anything, so we will talk through what your market actually needs and how it works before you commit to a dollar.
Flat monthly price. Month to month. Cancel anytime. No per-booking fees and no cut of your business, ever.
Three barbers, three books, one phone.
Most booking tools treat a shop like one big calendar. Then two clients land on the same barber and somebody has to make a phone call and apologize.
Ask for a barber by name
Clients call and say who they want. The agent knows who that is, checks that barber’s book, and books it.
Every barber has their own book
Two clients can take the same two o’clock with different barbers. Neither one gets double booked.
Hours and time off, per barber
One barber is off Mondays, another comes in at noon. Set it once and neither the phone nor the site offers a time they are not there.
Only the barbers who do it
If one barber does braids and locs and the others do not, that service only shows up for them. No wrong bookings to untangle.
Meet the barbers
Your whole crew on your site with their photos, so clients pick a person, not a time slot.
One view of the floor
See the whole shop in one place. You know what is happening even when you are not there.
Two real booking sites, not mockups.
Both are live systems with real calendars behind them. Open the one that looks like your setup and book yourself a cut the same way your clients would. Then we will get on a call and I will show you the phone side live.
One chair is the solo site. Three chairs shows the whole floor: pick your barber, and each one has their own hours and their own list of what they do.
Frequently asked
Does it sound like a real person?
It speaks naturally, greets the caller by your shop name, and handles the booking start to finish. Rather than take our word for it, get on a call with us and we will ring it live so you can hear it book a cut and then talk your way out of it.
What can it actually do on a call?
It books new appointments, looks up existing customers, reschedules, and cancels. It reads your live calendar so it only offers times you are actually open, and it takes phone and email on the way through. If you have more than one barber, it can book the specific barber the client asks for.
What if someone asks something it cannot handle?
It stays in its lane. For anything outside booking it takes a message or hands off to you instead of guessing. You get the details so you can follow up.
Does it work after hours and when I am busy?
Yes, that is the whole point. It answers at 9pm, on Sundays, and while you are mid-fade with a client in the chair.
How does it avoid double-bookings?
It reads and writes your real calendar as it goes. If a time is taken it will not be offered, by the phone or by the website. With multiple barbers, each one has their own book, so two clients can take the same two o’clock with different barbers and neither gets double booked.
Can I edit my services, prices, and hours myself?
Yes. You control your services, prices, and hours, and changes go live on your website and your voice agent within seconds. No waiting on us.
Can each barber have different prices for the same service?
Not yet. Right now a service has one price across the shop. Per-barber pricing is on the list, so ask us where it stands if that matters to you.
Can you take a deposit at booking?
Not yet. We do not collect deposits or payments at booking today. You still get no-show tracking and reminder calls before every appointment.
Renter, Suite, or Shop?
If you pay booth rent and keep your own clients, you are a Renter. If you hold the lease on your own suite with your own address, you are Suite. If you own the business and other barbers work out of it, you are Shop, whether they are on payroll or renting chairs. If you are somewhere in between, tell us and we will sort it out on the call.
Why is shop pricing different?
Because every barber gets their own book, their own hours, their own time off, and their own spot on your site. Setting up five chairs is five times the work of one. $1,199 covers a shop of up to five barbers, and it is $150 a month for each one after that.
Why does the Renter plan not include reviews or Google work?
Those live on a Google listing tied to an address. If you rent a chair on someone else’s floor, that listing is not yours. We are not going to charge you for something you cannot control. If you have your own suite with your own unit number, the Suite plan covers all of it.
What happens to my existing number?
You keep it. We give you a dedicated number and you forward your existing line to it in about five minutes. Customers keep calling the number they already know. If you would rather move your number over to us later, we can port it once you are up and running.
Do I need any special hardware or app?
No. Nothing to install. Your number forwards to the agent and you manage everything from a web dashboard on any phone or computer.
Do I get my own website, and can I use my own domain?
Yes to both. You get a clean booking site with your name, your services, and your prices, and we can point it at your own domain. If you do not have one, we will get you set up.
Why does texting take two weeks?
The phone carriers have to approve business texting, and that approval has to be in your name, not ours. We file all the paperwork for you, but the carriers set the clock. Usually about two weeks. Everything else on your plan goes live in days and does not wait on it.
Is texting included?
It comes with Suite and with Shop. It is not on the Renter plan, because carrier approval has to be filed against a business with its own address, and a chair on someone else’s floor does not have one.
What does the monthly price include?
Everything that runs your bookings: your voice agent, your booking site, your calendar, reminder calls, and your dashboard. Renter is $299 a month with no setup fee. Suite is $599 a month plus a one-time $999 setup and adds texting, reviews, your Google listing, and social posting. Shop is $1,199 a month for up to five barbers, $150 a month for each one after that, with a one-time $1,500 setup, and adds a separate book for every barber.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. No per-booking fees and no marketplace cut. Your flat monthly price is the whole cost. The bookings, and the customers, are yours.
How does ad spend work?
Ads are an upgrade on Suite or Shop, and your ad budget is separate from your plan price. Ads need real money behind them to do anything, so we will talk through what your market actually needs and how the spend works before you commit.
Will AI assistants know about my shop?
People ask AI assistants where to get a cut now, and those answers get pulled from how readable your site and your Google listing are. On Suite and Shop we build both so they can be read properly. Nobody can promise you a spot in an AI answer, and anybody who does is guessing.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Every plan is month to month with no lock-in.
How long until I am live?
Usually a couple of days, up to a week, once you send your services, prices, hours, and a logo or a couple of photos. Your phone and your booking site go first. On Suite and Shop, texting follows when the carriers clear it, about two weeks, and your Google listing takes two to four weeks because Google verifies it by video and reviews it by hand.
What do you need from me?
Your services and prices, your hours, and a logo or two photos. If you have more than one barber, a photo and a schedule for each. We handle the build, the phone setup, and training the agent on your shop.
Who do I call if something goes wrong?
Us, directly. You are not stuck in a ticket queue. Email dirk@cyrious.ai and a real person helps you sort it.
Will my customers be shown my competitors?
No. There is no marketplace and no competitor listings. Everything points to your shop and your brand.
Tell us about your shop.
You get a real person, not a sequence of emails. Usually same day, always within one business day.
