I wasn’t selling to SMBs from a distance. I was in the weeds with them, understanding their operations, their revenue challenges, and why the right technology either transforms a business or just creates more noise.
The second time, I made a decision. I wasn’t going to go find another seat at someone else’s table. I was going to build something.
So I taught myself to code. I built Archi3.ai, a real collections automation platform, from scratch using AI workflows, APIs, and automation tools that plug into how businesses actually operate. Not a demo. Not a proof of concept. A working system solving a real problem.
That process changed how I see everything.
Someone who can cut through the hype and show them exactly where automation creates real leverage. That’s the gap I’m here to fill.
Enterprise has plenty of consultants. The SMB and mid-market space? Underserved. These are the businesses with the most to gain and the least runway to waste on the wrong advice.
I learned early that you figure it out or you fall behind. That’s still how I operate.
