I spent 20+ years inside the small-business tech industry, at GoDaddy and Newfold, selling owners domains, hosting, websites, and SEO. I watched the same thing happen over and over: they bought the tools, then drowned trying to actually use them. The software was never the problem. Time was.
So I taught myself to code and started building the systems instead of selling more of them. Now I build AI that answers the phone, books the work, and runs the follow-up. Things like Archi3 came out of that work, real systems built and run, not slideware.
